Maria Menounos. One of the fittest figures gracing the red carpet, Menounos doesn’t make her heavy past a secret. Menounos has spoken candidly on her struggles being overweight as a college student. In an interview with Women’s Health Menounos said she gained 40 lbs, explaining that, “When I went to college, you get the all-you-can-eat pass—and I devoured everything,” Menounos added that “For me, it’s about living and not obsessing. And really looking at diet as, How am I going to have the healthiest, strongest body? When you’re eating the right things, you don’t need to eat a lot. Once you eat shit, you want more of it, and then you get tired and lethargic.”
